David joined Harcourt's Commercial Team in 1993 having had both his own business and having held a General Management position in a Import & Wholesale businesses. He has also been Managing Director of a family group of retail and assembly companies. David holds a BA from Canterbury University, and believes this along with his years of practical hands on Business Management have been invaluable preparation for his current roll as a Business Broker. With more than 11 years, and over 400 transactions behind him, David is well placed to act as a competent and professional broker to represent any business. In early 2004, David recruited & now manages a team of specialist brokers at Harcourts Grenadier - and are a dominant player in the Christchurch business market.

Premilla is an REINZ accredited Business Broker and is Harcourts Grenadier’s highest achieving business broker for 2007-2008. Her dedicated work ethic and commitment to clients, combined with experience and knowledge of all sectors of the business market help facilitate the purchase and sales of businesses through her extensive network. She values people and treats every client individually through a face to face, personalised sales and marketing process. A background and vast experience from 22 years working in the banking industry as a business account manager has equipped her with strong and effective negotiating skills. Nigel is a naturally positive, trustworthy and outgoing friendly person. Nigel graduated from University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours degree in Economics and double-majored in Economics and Finance with a wide selection of accounting courses during his undergraduate study. He is a member of the Golden Key International Honours Society, which promotes outstanding scholastic achievements and excellence. This in-depth knowledge of commerce coupled with a background in store management provide Nigel with a personal understanding of the key issues facing small and middle market business owners. Nigel speaks fluent English, Mandarin and conversational Taiwanese. With his expensive language skills, Nigel can help you and your business reach a greater range of potential purchasers and vendors. As a goal-oriented person, Nigel is fully committed to provide buying and selling services for your businesses. Grant has several years of experience in sales and has owned his own businesses both here and in Australia.

Becoming a Business Broker was a natural progression for him and his knowledge and maturity combined with his sense of humour has already made him a popular choice with clients. He specialises in Succession and Acquisitions.

Grant was born and raised in Dunedin and therefore has an in-depth knowledge of the South Island and will assist you with that knowledge and a genuine desire to Ôget the job doneÕ.
